We are happy to accept a return within 14 days from date of purchase (in-store purchases) or date of confirmed delivery (online purchases) for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds, thank you for understanding. All items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition with all tags in tact.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
To initiate a return for items purchased online, please email info@guiltyparty.co. Once your return has been approved, please mail the item(s) back to the following address via a trackable shipping option of your choosing. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for items returned to Guilty Party.
