Iron Heart 9oz flannels are a staple piece for the transitional months. These "lightweight" options still have some heft but unlike the UHFs, the 9oz versions are unbrushed so they don't insulate nearly as much therefore making for a perfect overshirt option. This work shirt version offers buttons instead of snaps, no western yokes on the front, a straight yoke across the back and a slightly boxier fit.
