Shipping policy
All orders placed within business hours with cleared payment will be packed with tracking information sent by end of business hours. We will strive to have your items shipped to you same day but ask for patience if they aren't shipped until the following day. All items will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you have a preference between the two, please include in your order notes.
Any order which has been cancelled before the product has been shipped incurs a non-refundable 5% payment processing fee. This is the non-refundable processing fee we are charged for all orders which are submitted in our online shop. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
USA:
Orders of $300+ receive free shipping, orders under $300 ship for $12
International (outside USA):
Orders of $500+ ship for free, orders under $500 ship for $35
For International shipments, please understand that once the package has left the USA, it is in the hands of the destination country's mail service for delivery times. Guilty Party will not be responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes or other costs from destination country's government.
