The Flat Head original Hawaiian shirt was newly designed based on a rare vintage Hawaiian shirt that was a souvenir from a luxury cruise ship that departed from the US mainland to Hawaii. Made from original rayon fabric woven on a shuttle loom using tightly twisted yarn, and the pattern is carefully printed by hand, with highly skilled sewing techniques such as rolled stitching and intricate pattern matching.
