Iron Heart has done N1 Deck Vests before but never like this. Offered for the first time in a 12oz Japanese duck canvas outer, which has been top-dyed a rustic brown using a direct dye technique. Next, it’s lightly overdyed to impart a black hue, then immediately washed to disperse and diminish the intensity of the black dye. These immediately caught our eye when we saw the sample as they are very, very interesting. The body/collar of these vests is lined with an acrylic/polyester blend so while not as warm as the alpaca lining used in the past, these will keep you plenty warm during the colder months.
*Please keep in mind that each vest is individually overdyed, so each vest will have a unique dying pattern. That means the vest you receive may look slightly different to photos you have seen online*
