Pure Blue Japan were the originators of slubby denim and we still think they are at the top of the mountain when it comes to textured denim. This 14oz denim is woven on vintage shuttle looms with PBJ's own slubby yarns to create an amazingly soft yet structured pair of jeans. The 002 is their newest cut which offers a high rise, roomy top block and a piped loose straight leg.
PBJ's original 14oz denim is the denim that started our personal journey into the world of Japanese denim back in 2006. We are thrilled to finally have it in the shop.
